where to start & Our Process
Step by Step
Sometimes it's hard to visualise what you want until you've seen something. We understand that, and that's why we embark on a process with you.
Creating your perfect ring is an exciting, collaborative adventure. You don't need to live near our Lancashire studio to join us (though you're always welcome for a chat over a hot drink or something from our Champagne and Diamond Bar). Here's how we make it seamless and personal.

Design Package
1. Initial Consultation: Discovering Your Vision & Understanding You.
We begin with an open conversation about your budget—not to maximise it, but to guide our gemstone recommendations and ensure everything aligns perfectly. We'll explore your (or your partner's) style, how the ring will be worn daily, and lifestyle preferences.
- For surprises such as an engagement ring: Share photos of your loved one so we can capture their essence.
- Existing jewellery: Bring it with you or send pictures. if you have items of jewellery you love or those you don't wear—we'll uncover why (comfort? style ?). this helps us to refine our understanding of your style.
This discussion gives us a clear picture of your dreams.
2. Sketch Concepts, stones pick & Feedback
Armed with insights, we will create initial hand-drawn sketches. We present these for your feedback, iterating until we're aligned on the direction. if your design features stones we pick a selection for you for your approval.
3. CAD 3D Visualisation: See It Before It's Real
Jewellery exists only in the imagination at first—that's why we craft precise CAD 3D renderings. These digital models let you visualise every detail, angle, and sparkle with stunning realism.
4. 3D-Printed Try-On: Feel It in Your Hands
Once the final design is approved, we 3D-print a tangible prototype. Try it on in our studio, or we'll post it to your home. Show your loved ones and ensure it feels perfect.
5. Handcrafted Mastery in Our Workshop
With your sign-off, Rachel a skilled goldsmith and her team handcraft the piece to the highest standards. We use premium materials and time-honoured techniques, ensuring your jewellery withstands daily wear and becomes a true heirloom.
All our precise metal is from sustainable resources with our metal being 100% recycled.
6. Hallmarking, Finishing, and Lifetime Care
Every piece is officially hallmarked and tested to British Assay Office standards for authenticity and quality. Plus, our bespoke clients receive a Lifetime Care Package:
